An old Character Home that was remodeled a few years back. Clean and cozy room on the topfloor with a small closet. Access to the entire house, including a spacious Dining/BoardGame Room, Kitchen and Living Room. -Washer/Dryer in the basement. The house isnt far from the University of Winnipeg and a block off Portage, which has a bus route anywhere.

The community/neighborhood is really friendly and great to explore. Little shops, parks, farmers markets, etc. Grocery store and LC are only a few minutes walk away.

There is always parking infront of the house, but during snowban you’d have to park about 4-6 doors down.

We are mainly looking for a female student, and rent can be negotiated down if the tenant would like to do more household upkeep or brush the dog.

The other occupants are: -Jacob(33M), the owner, who is a friendly nerd. Looking for a mature, respectful roomate.
-Ano(24F), HR Professional, quiet and private. Prefers female tenant if possible. (No relationship between the two) -Perrin, an aging husky who loves people, cats, and food. -Pamplemousse, an overly-friendly and somewhat annoying orange cat. Please be animal an animal person!
