Hey! Looking for someone to take over my lease (from Jan 1st - August 31 2023) You could discuss renewing lease with landlord after that date if wanted. Walking distance to Ontario Tech University and Durham College main campus. One bus from the downtown Oshawa campus. It’s the largest room in the unit. Comes fully furnished, with an ensuite bathroom. Access to massive balcony from bedroom. Laundry in unit. Rent is $752 plus Utilites (usually around $800 to $825) There are three rooms in the unit total. Shared kitchen and living room space. All female roommates, all Ontario Tech students. Ideally looking for someone who is quiet, respectful and clean. No parking spot included however you can communicate with the condo complex management to find an available spot.

Female university students. Quiet, Respectful, employed. Everyone keeps to themselves for the most part but are friendly. Ideally would like to find someone to take over my lease that will get along with the remaining roommates.
