We are looking for 2 roommates, to help to fill this big house. You will have a bathroom and a shower to share with your friend or other female roommate. These rooms are located next to each other beside a bathroom. This house has it all: Entertainment Room, 4 bathrooms, big kitchen, big fire pit, gazebo, dining room, gym, tanning bed, 800 sq/ft bar with a pool table, projector connected over a fire place, outdoor hot tub, garden and more. The Room comes fully furnished. There are two fridges and 2 big freezers for extra food. This house sits on 4 acres, is 50 % will be fenced in and has stables. There is plenty of room for storage. All pets are welcome (outdoors only). It is a non-smoking house and no heavy drug users. If you have a horse, we have room for them too!

We’re looking that are over 20 and under 40, someone who is professional, respectful of others, outgoing, cleans after themselves, and knows how to communicate with others on a friend’s basis. We like to know who we live with. We have house rules that are strongly enforced to respect the other roommates’ living conditions.

We are all very easy going, professional, clean, and respectful. We some time participate in group activities such as skiing/snowboarding, RV camping with quads, a 10-man raft that gets used a bit, group dinners, boating, jam sessions and occasional parties for the special days. On the premises is an auto body and a mechanic to fix your vehicles. I’m dj and we like to play in our spare time (dub/indie/house/trance/dance, etc.).
