About the room
10ftx9ft room with a full closet in the upstairs of a bi-level house. Shared full bathroom with one other person. Two living rooms, one of which is hardly used, so if you wanted to set up a desk, etc down there that would be fine by me.
House is an 8 minute drive to the University. House was built in 2008 so it’s a fairly new house.
About the roomies
I’m a 29 year old professional that is also the homeowner. Super chill and sociable, as well as respectful of your privacy. I’m the other upstairs room so you’d be sharing the bathroom with myself.
My brother also current my lives with me, he is a 23 year old professional. He’s also very social and easy-going.
We have one other early 20s student, he’s very quiet and mostly stays in his room.
I have a large black lab/husky mix, so you must be alright living with a dog! He gets along great with everyone but not so much with other dogs.
We try and keep the house fairly clean, but it is currently 3 guys living here!
