My condo is a lovely building located on king west. Amazing location, and building amenities such as rooftop deck with a walking track, gym, party room and games room. Directly across the street from 2 major streetcar stops, and your own bathroom! I do have a dog, so you’d have to be comfortable with having a dog in the home. Absolutely no smoking, and ideally someone who doesn’t need to have the heat on high in the winter as units get very hot.

I am a 31 year old, work from home female who is very outgoing and friendly. As mentioned before, my dog, butter, will be living with us! Non smoker with daytime hours and weekend work.
