Hey there!

My roommate is moving out and I’m looking for a roommate to take over his room :)

• Furnished (includes a bed and desk)
• Private bathroom
• Internet provided (no cost to you)
• Split utilities (~$30 a month)
• Shared kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, etc.
• Central location in Mississauga (steps away from Square One!)
• $1,600/month with flexible lease periods
• Room is available for ONE person (do not ask to share the room)
• Earliest rental period starts January 1, 2023

We’ll set up a time (~15 mins) for you to tour the place and get to know you a bit.

• I’m a pretty chill dude overall I’d say!
• I like to play video games, board games, do puzzles, play sports/work out, and watch movies.
• I’m a pretty independent guy, and like to be on my own, but if you want to hang out sometimes, I’m open to it.
• I’m not a clean freak, but I expect you to do your dishes and keep the common spaces clean. As long as the spaces we use consistently are relatively clean, I don’t mind!
• I work in tech and work permanently remote.
• I have a hedgehog (who likes to sleep during the day).
