Elgin Street

The room is spacious with high ceilings on the second floor of a 3 story apartment building. We have a balcony as well:) I have a roku tv with all the streaming sites, laundry is paid in the basement ($2), it’s an old centretown apartment so it has lots of character:)

It’s a two bedroom apartment so I’m the only one living there currently, I’m 21 years old and currently just working full time at a bakery. Here’s some more information about me:):

• I’m pretty introverted, I enjoy socializing and going out but my social battery drains pretty fast and I always enjoy a good night in crocheting and watching Netflix :)
• I don’t have any pets currently, my former roommate had a cat who I miss a lot and would be open to accepting a roommate that has a pet. I just signed up for rover for a side hustle so I may occasionally host pets in the apartment.
• I’m generally a pretty clean person, I like to keep my spaces clean but then again I’m not perfect, I do always clean up communal spaces after use.
• this is not a great apartment if you’re looking to host parties or bigger gatherings, it is a quiet building and it’s mostly older people who live here. Small gatherings are allowed on the occasion, i sometimes host game nights with my coworkers :)
• I’m ideally looking for someone around my age( I’m 21), gender doesn’t really matter although males will not be my first choice. Student or just working would be a great fit :)
