Room in house plus shared utilities which are hydro, gas, water and sewer yup they are utilities in my recreational zoning region.. that puts the cost of living up and the way it is.. Doesn’t include cable or wifi as I do not have either of these services welcomed in my home. I have never had a problem with data only ever, If you need wi/fi you can get mobile satellite or go to Mill Bay where there is public wi/fi a 15 minute drive.

Room will be temporarily available until end of March with a shared bathroom with my mom and shared kitchen, you get a bar fridge to use there’s minimal space as I upgraded a smaller fridge in my reno’s. Family oriented neighbourhood. One car parking only, you will require a reliable vehicle and get an inspection for any leaks from a reputable shop, electric vehicles will not be charged here and preference will be given to someone without one, the make, model, year and licence plate information provided for my council. I will require a resume with references and detailed description of yourself and there is no public transportation anywhere close, in this remote region, also there’s a few storage facilities in the neighbouring districts in Cobble hill, Shawnigan and Mill Bay if require storage. You must be ok with birds, cats and a quiet house from electronics and need to be compatible. I’m chemically sensitive so no scented products or smoking. No partiers or substances.

I am a woman with no pets but occasionally have a cat visit. I don’t smoke or use any substances, am sensitive to chemicals so no smoking or heavy scented products is essential. I enjoy my home fairly quiet so working people or students would be best. My mother stays here. I prefer to find someone compatible so I will want to see a platform of interests before meeting up, to make sure we are compatible! that is a 100% must..
