i am a single mum of a mature teen, i have a furnished room for rent, (daybed single to king) closet, dresser. etc etc) my home is across the street from shopping, nightlife and transit if needed. This is a no smoking, no pets building; although, my daughter has a mental health exemption and has permission to get a small, quiet bird.

I am a cis-gender female 50ish, with a quiet older-teen daughter who uses pronouns interchangeably. 😎. My daughter has been struggling since covid and is very behind in school. We moved to the area almost a year ago. I am consolidating stuff from a 20 year marriage and three moves. There are a lot of books and I am still unpacking). arg. (No boxes, but lots of books.) We are very respectful of privacy and except for the internet modem in “your” room, your comfort and privacy are important.

If you would like to live in a quiet space that has a beautiful ocean view balcony, long term, with two quiet females, perhaps our home would be a good place to live. I like to cook for others, I like books and I like people.
