I’m moving back home to study, descriptions are taken from original ad written by my (your potential) roommate joe who is on the lease
I also have a new double bed futon which I am selling for $100

It’s an entire first floor on Esplanade (right around the corner from St Viateur Bagels) with a front yard and a small backyard (with an entrance from the alley behind). I currently have the double room in the front of the house for a bedroom and office. The room is just off the kitchen at the back of the house. There’s a communal living room in the middle as well. No smoking inside. I’ve painted the main living room red, and the room at the back is as orange as orange soda. One thing, there is a basement - and I’ve turned it into a music venue/jam space. I’ve soundproofed it as best I can. The Fungeon has an entrance all it’s own through the backyard so no one will have to enter the house while we’re holding shows. Currently on hold but shows will resume twice a month in march. The Fungeon will be a communal space as well. If you’re artsy, want to jam, need a place to literally just fucking scream because you’ve had a bad day? Yeah - head down and do y’a thing.

I’m a genderfluid queer who screams and yells in a band called .norescue. / I quit drinking alcohol 442 days ago (you drinking doesn’t bother me at all) / I’ve been steadily regaining control of an out of control life for the last year and a half and I’m looking to have a roommate who has the same enthusiasm for life that I’ve just discovered even in my unfortunate situation. Long story short, I was living with my fiancée and her two children, and things just didn’t work out (if you would like to know why, I’ll tell you - but I’m not going to write it all here) - so she decided to end it - and move out. I’m heartbroken as all hell, but I’m keeping my head up, and - well, I’m keeping my house.
