The kitchen is very small, but the living room is huge, it’s quite empty due to me moving in recently its 3 blocks south of kingsway, and 3 blocks north of macewan

I cook and eat ALOT, I keep the kitchen very clean though, the landlords are a sweet couple and the unit is cape and cat friendly. The parking spot you’d have to pay for if you need it. I’m quiet and mainly study and play videogames. Once my weights arrive you can use them too.
