This property is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath timber frame house with deck, overlooking the ocean in a small neighborhood, minutes to the ferry and easy access to busses. A 7 minute bus ride to the heart of Gibsons.

I’m an artist, that loves meeting new people. I have a studio upstairs, I don’t smoke or do drugs but am a social drinker. Looking for easy going people to share with. I do have a half bathroom upstairs for my own use but will also share the main bathroom when needed.
