North central (Killarney). 1 upstairs bedroom available now in large community home. Just south of Northgate mall and north of the yellowhead. Can be Furnished if needed with a Queen bed, dresser, desk. Has a Good size closet. We are lgbtqia friendly and you should be too.

Newly painted and has new flooring. Medical hook ups if needed.

We have cats. No more pets that are not in cages.

Shared kitchen, bathrooms, living room, dining room, and laundry. Backyard with fire pit and above ground pool for socializing. Street parking/driveway parking available.

420 and smoking friendly.

Must be employed, or have a source of regular income with references. Out of town workers welcome.

Room is $600/month INCLUDES gas/power/water/cable/internet wifi. $500 security/damage deposit. Month to month agreement. Deposit can be paid over a period of time if needed.

You’d be responsible for cleaning up after yourself and occasionally helping with common areas depending on your usage.

No small kids please except the very occasional weekend. There will be 5 adults living here. 5 rooms= 5 adults. Currently only 4 adults at present. All bedrooms have locks and keys. We enjoy table top games and online gaming, canna cooking, group meals on occasion and more. We are all on different schedules. So there’s never a line for the shower or kitchen etc.
