The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, a dresser, a study table and chair and has a large walk in closet and a 43“ smart tv with Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime Video. The bathroom has 2 sinks, one for you and one for the other roomate. There is free parking on premises. The house is located between two wineries and orchards. Traffic noises is next to none and the area is very peaceful. The space is shared with me and one other working professional guy.

$900 month to month. Utilities included and wifi included and the place is cleaned monthly by a cleaner. The wifi is Telus fibre optic 300. The wifi speed usually ranges from 150-200 mbps.

Working professionals or students may apply. The bus stop is about a 5-10 min walk and the bus goes from Lake Country to UBCO Kelowna. Other local amenities such as grocery shops, Anytime Fitness Centre and gas stations are about a 5 min drive.

The location of the place is in Lake Country. Lake Country is exactly between Kelowna and Vernon. Both cities are only a 20 min drive away.
