*Price: $1100 + 1/3 internet ($25) + 1/3 utilities.

Includes personal heating/AC unit, furniture, linens, ensuite laundry, household supplies (dish/laundry soap, paper towel and toilet paper, spices and some other kitchen staples- within reason), bi-weekly deep cleaning of common areas. No parking.

Full unit price: $2600.

*Location: Queensway and Royal York.

• Rental Terms: Off-lease roommate – Rent will be paid to us. There will be a written roommate agreement. This is not covered by the RTA.

*What is your relationship to the unit: Current tenant.

*Rent Control: Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guideline because this unit was lived in before November 15, 2018.

I’m a freelance writer and theatre artist, and Gabriel works in radio (and plays all the instruments you see in the photos!). We’ve freshly painted the common areas, covered the walls in art made by our talented friends, and have carefully refurnished your room. There’s a heating/AC unit in your room that you have full control over.

We’re quiet people and like our space, but would love a friendly relationship with another quiet person who values their space and is respectful of cleanliness in common areas. Gabriel’s quite funny, so if you like some subtle witticisms every now and then, he’s your guy. I’m not quite as funny, but I’m very particular about cleaning, so if you don’t enjoy cleaning bathrooms, I’m your girl. I deep clean the bathroom and other common areas every two weeks, with spot cleans in between, so all you have to worry about is cleaning up after yourself.

Your other roommate is our cat, Autumn. She’s as sweet as can be and will love you forever if you dangle her wand toy in front of her every now and then. The odd treat also won’t hurt.
