Single room for rent on the north west side of the city just off of the yellowhead, shared bathroom but I shower at my gym typically so I hardly use it. Large backyard with a fire pit and detached garage with a full sized pool table. Parking at the front and back of the house.

Upstairs would be shared with myself: 24 year old Heavy equipment operator for the Army, big in to exercise, hunting, hiking, and snowboarding. The basement is rented out to a coworker with similar interests, we also have a fat cat that likes attention.
