My roommate is moving out of the country and is looking for someone to take over his lease which is until the end of June 2023. I am a 26-year-old male working professional in a hybrid role and will be working from home on occasion and will be gone for work for multiple weeks occasionally throughout the year.

I enjoy the outdoors, playing music while cooking, watching sports, and going out to see friends. I am easygoing like to joke around and try to keep the apartment tidy as I like having people over occasionally.

Looking for a roommate who likes to socialize occasionally as I find it makes it more enjoyable living together and hope you do too! I would like to once or twice before signing the lease just to get to know each other a bit and learn more about each others lifestyles
