Emma's room

A 12-month long lease starting May 1st, 2023. It is the upper unit in a duplex. It has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with double sinks (separate entrance for toilet and bathtub), for 700$ a month utilities included. Wifi on top of the $700 would be $25.42 a month. The unit includes its own laundry and air conditioning as well as appliances and an additional freezer. We have also furnished the entire house so all you need to do is furnish your bedroom. (We are looking for barstools cause two are lowkey broken). We also have utensils, dishes, and various appliances that aren’t provided by our landlord that you are more than welcome to use. (You’re welcome to bring your own but let us know so we don’t have doubles.) You’ll also get you’re own cupboard in the kitchen and a shared drawer and cupboard in the washroom. Lots of outdoor space in the backyard. About a 20-minute walk to campus and a 10-minute bus ride on the 2 or 102 route.

We are a group of 3 second-year western students (2 girls and one boy) looking for a roommate to move into the house we have lease on. We are pretty chill people and are looking for someone with the same vibe.
