Ashley's room

The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom and is fairly spacious as far as apartments go. The other bedroom will be available as of January 2024. It has a single bed and a few furnishings. The apartment location is great, right next to Broadway and only a ten minute walk to downtown or Riversdale. Ideally I am seeking someone who is 24+ that is mature and responsible.

I work as a wildlife technician and am gone on work trips frequently but enjoy sharing meals and hanging out with my roomies whenever I’m home.
