Hello! We are renting out a private furnished large room in the downstairs of our home in Maple Ridge. The space is big enough to divide it into a bedroom, living room and partial kitchen. There are sliding doors that enter out to our backyard dog area. Lots of windows and natural light with good scenery and privacy. There is also a private bathroom with a large walk in shower.

There is a parking spot. The laundry is downstairs and is shared. The kitchen is upstairs and is shared with us. There is a large shared covered patio upstairs. We live upstairs. We are a male female couple in our late 30s. We have 2 dogs that are about 50 pounds each. The dogs do not go downstairs. We are lgbtq friendly.

The property has a large fenced section for the dogs and then 2 other large unfenced sections. We are surrounded by mostly trees and bushes. Within a five minute walk there are hiking/walking trails, waterfalls, creek, and swimming hole. Close to a park with recreation activities. 5-15 minute drive to the rest of town. We are not on a bus route.

We will consider a dog with pet deposit and conditional to us and our dogs meeting and interacting with the dog ahead of time.

It is 1200$ for the space and everything included. No smoking. Proof of employment required.
