Hi, I have a private room with a big window available in a 2 bedroom basement located in Maple ridge and looking for a roommate. Available from 25/12/22 Rent - $700 Rent includes utilities and Internet. Rent doesn’t include any furniture. You are welcomed to use living room as well as the kitchen. The property has security cameras for safety. 2 minutes away from bus stops.

Note: Only for a girl as other room is occupied by girls and this is not a 420 friendly home.

A few things I’ll look for in you: -Needs to be clean!! Has to be willing to set a cleaning day for once a week (not a strict rule but want to make sure cleaning is divided fairly between us)

-preferably a student or young professional -this is a quite space so no parties

-please send me an introduction about yourself so I can get to know you better and see if you will fit well for the place!

We are two females occupying in the other room. We both are working professionals. we both are very tidy and clean person but also very laid back and chill! I’m quiet and respectful of others’ space so I would prefer to have a roommate who is also like that:) we both like to cook more less frequently when we try to stop our Uber Eats addiction lol and usually we cook Indian food since thats what we ate growing up!
