This will be a lease take over and you will need to be able to take the guarantee spot (credit approval). The apartment is in the high levels on the 12th floor. Facing west, specifically facing Southgate mall. LTR station is just on the other side of the mall. And bus stations all around the area. GREAT LOCATION FOR UNI STUDENTS. Rent ($1400) will be split so $700 a month. Cats are allowed for a $250 one time pet fee (up to 2 cats allowed. Current cat will be leaving) Apartment has card laundry facilities, a gym, pool + hot tub, game room, social room and theatre room.
