Looking for a young female working professional (preferably around my age) for a beautiful, shared condo, two-bedroom plus a den fully furnished (your own furniture is welcome if preferred) with a shared kitchen, living room, den, washer, dryer, two balconies and outdoor reserved parking spot. You will be renting a large furnished room, you will have your own bathroom and parking spot plus the shared areas mentioned above, asking $1400 a month, all inclusive (utilities, condo maintenance, wifi etc.)

The ideal roommate is,

• Someone who likes cats or does not mind having a cat around. Note: My cat is friendly with humans, however, he is not friendly with other animals.
• Someone who does not smoke or do drugs.
• Someone who doesn’t bring the party home (small get together with friends and family are allowed).
• Someone who pays their rent on time, who’s respectful, who’s clean and who can follow condo rules.
