I have one unfurnished room 9ft x 11ft available immediately in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in a quiet, secure building in Thornhill by Promenade Mall. Supermarkets within walking distance (T&T, Walmart, No Frills). Will consider 2 occupants as long as both are women. Utilities will be split evenly.

The unit is 1100sq ft so you won’t feel like you have no space.

24/7 concierge and security. Amenities include an indoor pool, gym and games room.

Full bathroom which will mainly be for your use only (I may want to relax in the tub from time to time but would make it known in advance, I respect people’s space).

Shared use of fully stocked kitchen. The living space is currently unfurnished but will be getting furnished as soon as my couch is made and delivered (~mid January 2023).

Preferably I want someone month to month or short term but I will consider other lengths of time.

I’m the sole occupant. A 27 year old woman. Unit isn’t pet friendly. I don’t mind a smoker as long as they smoke on the balcony only (not inside).

Transit nearby will take you to Finch or Vaughan TTC Subway stations.
