Fieldmont Place

Hello all! I’m helping my friend fill a room in his 3 bed 1.5 bath basement suite. The rent is 1000/month plus 20% of the hydro (approximately $30 every 2 months) and 1/3 of the wifi. This can be a 6 month or year long lease depending on fit/needs. His place is located off of Shelbourne near the base of Mount Douglas, 2 minutes away from the #39 bus stop and close to many trails/paths in the area. There is no off-street parking, but street parking is always available. The suite has: In-suite laundry, garage access with an upright freezer, access to a FULLY FENCED yard, air conditioning, and more. This is a pet-friendly home! However, cats are not allowed due to allergies, but dogs and other pets are welcome. They must be okay with an elderly male dog as there is one in the suite, but he is very old and does not interact outside of his room! No smoking on the property at all. Rent can be a bit flexible for the right fit! There are two young adults currently living in the suite, one male and one female. My friend is 20 and a second year student at UVIC. He mostly keeps to himself but is very friendly and happy to organize game nights if there is interest. The other roommate is in her early 20s and works full time, she is incredibly sweet and easygoing!
