Hilda's room

We are looking for a 3rd room mate to share a home with 2 females and a friendly, well behaved dog. The space includes a shared kitchen and living area as well as a shared outdoor space. The space currently available is the basement which includes a bedroom, living room and bathroom. Additionally the basement has a laundry room and a storage room. These two spaces are shared with the rest of the house but the remainder of the basement would be private space. Located in the west end within walking distance to bus stops, a grocery store, and a convenience store.

Due to there already being a dog in the home we are unable to have any more pets.

The shared living spaces are all furnished but the bedroom, basement living room and bathroom are not. There is street parking available.

Rent is $725 with utilities included.

We are 2 friendly individuals in our late 20s and are looking for someone to take over the basement suite. We are clean and organized, and easy going. I have a well behaved dog that stays in my room or the shared main floor.
