Renting out my bright newly finished basement. Has a full private bathroom and large basement room that could be like a studio. Parking is available in the front of the house. Shared common areas is the kitchen and laundry and entrance located on the main floor.

Townhouse right across from two schools in Beaumont. Single female and child have the upstairs of the house. Also have a 2 year old dog. House does have a fully fenced yard.

Conditions No smoking or vaping in the house but more than welcome to enjoy it in the garage.
