Maria's room

I have a 2 bedroom 1 and a 1/2 bathroom condo in South Surrey/White Rock just a 2-3 min walk to Semiahmoo mall. The main bathroom is next to your room, and is only used by me for bathing. Otherwise, it is yours as I have an en-suite off my bedroom. Large living room, dining room and cozy kitchen with plenty of supplies. The room comes with a Queen sized comfortable bed, TV and credenza. Large closet with shelving. Lovely view.

I am a 58 years young. This is a 55 + building with great and responsible neighbors, in a lovely park like neighborhood. I am full time working nurse so I am not home a lot. I work a fair amount of overtime hours so I tend to hibernate in my room when home, or I’m busy getting out to see friends and family when I have days off. I am easy going and approachable.
