Hello, We have 3 upper level bedrooms available in a 4 bedroom house located 20 minutes away from Simon Fraser University (SFU). The house features large windows that allow for plenty of natural light and has hardwood floors throughout. It also has central heating to keep you warm and comfortable. The property has a large backyard with apple and cherry trees, as well as available space for gardening. There are several grocery stores (Walmart, No Frills, Safeway, Halal Meat etc.) and other amenities (Burquitlam Sky Train Station, mall, park, gym, swimming complex, community center, restaurants etc.) just a 10 minute commute away. The rent for each bedroom is $950 per month, and everything is included (wifi and electricity). The bedrooms are unfurnished, but there is a shared kitchen, living area, and bathroom. Open to 4 / 6 month lease agreement upon fitness as a roommate.
