Room For Rent: January 15th: I am looking to rent one of the four bedrooms in a Brand New (1800sqft) 2 level, 4 bed/4 bath home in Downtown Sidney. (All the other rooms are storage and office) 2 ppl max will live in this house (1 roommate)

Rent includes: •All utilities (full cable package, internet, hydro, gas and parking). •Queen bed (new mattress) • 65’’ Samsung Smart TV (With full cable package including Disney+, Netflix, Prime Plus, and Crave Movies. •Own private bathroom.

**Applicant must be working fulltime or fulltime student. House Description: • 4 bedrooms • 3 full bathrooms and a half bathroom off the living room • High end, brand new stainless-steel appliances including fridge, gas stove, dishwasher and microwave in main floor kitchen, and washer/dryer • Gas fireplace in living room • Includes 1 parking space • Extremely close to all amenities – 2 min walk to major grocery store and shopping plaza • Short walk to Sidney waterfront • No pets and no smoking

Male professional business owner in mid 40’s I work full time, and VERY clean. I am respectful of boundaries. I would require the same from a roommate.
