1 bedroom for rent in the upper part of the house (downstairs is a separate legal suite) to hopefully not the worst roommate ever. Available Jan 1st, short or long term. Everything has been renovated inside and out. Nice open living area with hardwood floors & new kitchen with quartz counters. We have to share a bathroom but it has a good amount of storage and heated floors.

The place is furnished including the bedroom if you want the queen-sized bed in there. You can choose either bedroom in the pictures. Large deck out front and a good-sized fenced back yard shared with the suite that has a hot tub and propane fire.

No smoking. Would consider a dog, there is the worlds nicest dog in the suite which hangs out up here occasionally. No cats or things that cats eat (snakes, birds, small dogs etc).

Price includes Saanich utilities. Electricity + internet extra

Me -> 35, male, work from home in tech. Fairly outdoorsy/sportsy. I own the house so you don’t have to worry about a slum lord situation. Not a complete neat freak but I like to keep a clean house. I use the 3rd bedroom as my office so I don’t bother you during the day and it has an extra bed that your guests can use as well.
