• Located in the Queensway-Humber Bay neighborhood in east Etobicoke, close to High Park. 15 minute walk to Mimico GO + 18 minute ride to Union Station. 15 minute drive to the downtown core.
• You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom, both with privacy locks. Kitchen/dining area is shared with me and I won’t be using the living are. If you need the living area for something(home office, pets, etc) it’s yours! If not I’ll probably buy a couch.
• No need to buy or move furniture, the room is being offered FULLY FURNISHED with a queen size bed and mattress, a desk, and an office chair. It also has a large closet.

Hi, my name is Ray, I’m a 20 year old university student and I will be the only other person living here :D I’m a night owl but I mostly stay in my room and won’t disturb your sleep schedule. I’m also a heavy sleeper so you won’t need to worry about waking me up. Sometimes I cook and sometimes I order delivery.
