The room is 12 ft by 12 ft with tall ceilings that are 12 or 14 ft I believe. Hardwood floors throughout the entire apartment. The apartment is the entire main floor of a big old characteristic house. I have plants and Gardens outsid, there is also a private front porch. The neighborhood is beautiful century homes, with lots of old growth trees. Walking distance to ALL ammedaties. Bus stop right across the street. Minutes from Western University. And very close drive to Fanshawe college.

I am an active, fit, single mother who works full time. My 12 yr old daughter is responsible and independant. We don’t like drama. We have 2 pet cats, that we keep very clean, but if you have allergies or have pets of your own it won’t be a good fit.
