Hello,

My name is Eric.

I’m a 40 year old white male.

I currently live in a 2 bedroom lower suite of a house.

I have the one bedroom, the other room is occupied by an older man.

I’m getting to a point where I’m unhappy with him as a roommate, and as he recently had a confrontation with the tenants upstairs, who knows what the future holds…

So I’m just kinda looking for options.

The place is near the corner of Scott rd. and Nordel way. prime location, close to busses, grocery stores, etc

The place is $1400 a month, plus utilities which aren’t much. Has a clothes washer and dryer in suite, new fridge, stove. I have a dishwasher you’re welcome to use. Place isn’t in the greatest shape but it’s not bad.

My rooms on one side of the suite, your room would be on the other side.

How much your rent would be is dependent on whether or not you want to use the living room. my room is the bigger of the two, and the door to it is off of the living room. If you don’t want to use the living room, I don’t mind paying more rent as you’ll have the smaller room, so I’ll pay 800, you pay 600. If you want to use the living room though i feel it fair that you pay 900 and i pay 500. The room is a decent size and the living room is quite large, so you’d be paying $1000 or more anywhere else

I am clean, quiet, respectful, and pay my rent / bills on time. don’t smoke, don’t drink much. don’t have many friends over. my 14 year old son comes over a couple times a week, doesn’t stay the night

So yeah, like I said, I’m just seeing whats out there in case anything happens and I’m needing a new roommate.
