I am looking for a roommate to team up with and rent this brand new luxury 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. The building was just completed and the unit has never been lived in. It comes with all new appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer). The unit has a balcony and internet, heat and water are included in rent costs. The building has a gym, pool, terrace, BBQ area, basketball court and entertainment lounge. The rent is $2500 so we will be splitting the rent at $1250 each + utilities. The building is near numerous bus stops and only a few minute walk to the ION light rail. The area has numerous restaurants, bars, clubs, entertainment options, etc. This area is also within travel distance to WLU, UW and Conestoga College. I need to move by January 31, 2023 so if that doesn’t worker you this may not be a good match.

I’m a reasonably clean and chill individual looking for a roommate. I work from home and have all my own furniture. I’m a male graduate of WLU, 420 friendly and like to socialize on the weekends. Due to allergies I can’t be around pets. If we seem similar and you’re interested send me a message and we’ll go from there.
