ROOM FOR RENT for single occupancy. $680 ALL INCLUDED. (heat, internet, utilities, etc.) Shared accommodations. Looking for full time employed professional or serious, responsible full-time student. Long term agreement; (short terms for Military, Health professionals can be arranged). This room IS NOT available nor suitable for people “working or studying from home”. Must respect other people’s privacy and resting time. This is a second floor room with all necessary furniture/items, including fridge and micro, to make your stay comfortable . Parking is available for a small fee. References and a security/damage deposit of $680.00, (first and last) will be requested and full monthly payments on the first day of each month thereafter. A roommate/sharing accommodations agreement will be signed with house rules attached. The house is constantly cleaned and sanitized. No chores are required from roommates; except those of their own rented rooms. We want you to succeed and concentrate on study/work terms, etc. during your stay here. Shared kitchen and bathrooms. Laundry room (in basement) available on weekends. Drugs, alcohol, marijuana, vaping or smoking will not be permitted. The successful roommate will be sharing the second floor with two other responsible, respectable students/young professionals. An in-person interview and room viewing is a must. We are all very private and responsible with safety, rules and regulations.
