I’m looking for a roomie during the Winter term (January – May) in a beautiful bungalow near the St. Laurent mall.

Location: Right near the St. Laurent area. It is a 20 min commute to uOttawa, a 10 min walk to the St. Laurent mall, lots of shopping plazas, and right near the O-train. There are multiple bus stops infront of the house that takes you to Carleton University and Algonquin college

Place: You will live in a great size, fully furnished bungalow home with a fully complete basement, full kitchen, laundry, wifi, parking and a garage

Your potential room: Located in the lower floor, the room is fully furnished with a twin bed, dresser, couch, and lamp (just bring your clothes!) You have a fully washroom and the entire lower floor is essentially yours. The lower floor also has a full kitchen - if that interests you; otherwise, you are welcome to use the entire home and upstairs kitchen.

Price: $700/month (all inclusive with parking)

My sister and I are students and spent a great deal doing school work! When we have the time, our hobbies include a lot media consumption (I could talk about movie and TV shows forever), coffee (we bought a new espresso machine and are testing out different blends), and baking new desserts. We’re also very organized and clean.
