it’s a 3 bedroom mobile home that i am renovating and looking for old.. mature or retired roommates ((i’m 70/y/o/male)) quiet types (sorry.. NO drinking/partiers) the place is being repainted and laminate floors.. could provide furniture if you need.. one room is 10X20 ($600) and other two are 8X14 ($500) damage deposit is half or rent and includes utilities and WiFi. you’ll have the run of the house…
About the roomies
i’m an easy going nerd and a computer geek… collect ton of TV series and movies… like 20 TB worth.. fans of jimmy page or tory amos or queen city kids will do.. i’m a sci-fi fan and computer nerd.. sometimes i have two cats with me… a wife in camrose.. i commute back and forth.. if you like sitting around drunk and stoned… this is not for you… you will need a criminal record check (mustang acres rules) and a credit check… and some kind of proof of income… smoking (anything) is only outside… i’m running this ad to see if there is any interest or roomies i might get along with… “plan B” is to just sell the place…
