I have a beautiful sunny bedroom and private full bathroom available in my calm, spacious home in the heart of the city. The apartment is fully and tastefully furnished, and the kitchen well outfitted.

Kensington Market, the city’s vibrant cultural hotbed, is right in my backyard. Very conveniently, there is a big grocery store, a TD Bank, and a gym in the building.

Public transit is right at my building’s doorstep as it is on the College and Spadina streetcar lines. It is also a 10-min walk to Queen’s Park subway station.

I live in the apartment as well and have my own room and bathroom. I’m very house-proud and ask that everything be kept very clean and tidy. I’m looking for a respectful, considerate, mature roommate who is a working professional.
