Seeking 1 roommate to join me in my new 3 bedroom townhouse 7 minutes from Allenwood Beach (in Wasaga). Close to Walmart, Wasaga Prov Park (fabulous hiking!) and 30 mins from Downtown Collingwood and Barrie.

Option of renting a single room with separate bathroom or the master bedroom with private ensuite and walk-in closet.

Both options can be available furnished with a double bed, desk & chair, armoire & bedside table. Rent for master bedroom is $1500 including internet, utilities, parking for 1 car (outside), and minimal storage. Rent for the smaller room, without private bathroom, would be $1000 with utilities and internet included.

Professional woman in my 30s. I work remotely for the most part. Must be dog friendly as I have a small dog (well behaved). Seeking someone who enjoys a quiet and clean lifestyle at home and isn’t interested in having guests over. I am vaccinated and hope that anyone I live with would be also.
