3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom House. Laundry is shared with the upstairs unit on a weekly split. Everything is included with rent, internet and heat, gas, laundry. Your rent payment covers everything. The room is small. Nice flooring and has an open closet. Room is unfurnished, except for small twin bed frame and mattress. Cooking utensils and other basics are available for use. Open House this Saturday! 4PM or Sunday 2PM

All other roommates work full time during the day. I am local to Vancouver and the other Roommate is from Mexico. One roomate is from Toronto and works in film industry. Two dogs also live with us in the house. You can do what you want in your room but you must keep kitchen and bathroom clean. Always.
