March 1 or April 1. The building is located across the street from the university in a quite and safe area. There are parks bus stops and stores all around. The unit is on the third floor of the building with a laundry room on the first floor. The unit is 800 sqft and has a balcony facing east so winds will not be an issue. The apartment is fully furnished newly renovated and clean. Small pets are allowed with a deposit.

I am a 24 year old PhD student at the University. I am always up early to exercise before heading to the lab. My normal weekends involve reading or mountain hikes.
