Hello,

My partner and I broke up. I would like to keep the house, but I cannot afford it on my own. Therefore, I will be renting the basement starting possibly March/April.

The basement is the size of 3 rooms, all open like a bachelor suite, with a half-bath. The laundry room, kitchen, shower and garage(unheated) would be shared. I am looking into the possibility of installing a shower downstairs, but it may not be feasible.

We would have a shared deck/yard with a firepit.

I have 2 dogs and a cat that would be upstairs.

You must have a job or reliable income.

Rent would be 900$ + 50% utilities and internet. We can also work something out with groceries. 300$ damage deposit.

I also have medical issues and a back problem, so If you are willing to do more dishes and vaccuming, I would fully pay the internet/tv as a thank you. I would take care of the yardwork.

No cigarette smokers! Sorry, it gives me asthma attacks.

I will post better pictures once my ex has moved out and I have cleaned the basement.
