Tom's room

It’s an entire basement unit with a fully furnished kitchen, with a stove top oven and microwave as well as a dining room table set. Very spacious living room with 2 couches. A separate entrance from the main house. As for the vacant room it’s a relatively large room that’s fully furnished, you’ll have your own bathroom, it’s located outside your room, right by the bedrooms door. The bed is a double bed and the furnishings include a work desk, a dresser, night table, closet and a couple of swivle chairs. Theres a washer and dryer in the boiler room too. All ammentaties are included in the rent, my land lady jsut requires first and last months rent.

As of right now, I am the only one living in this basement unit, so in total there would be two people living here including me. I am a 20 year old who’s unemployed at the moment. I am clean, I like to keep the house looking and smelling fresh. It is of utmost importance to me that as roommates we see eye to eye on the places cleanliness. I like to spend my time in the common area, but will seek privacy in my room when I like to. I love playing sports and working out, preferably calisthenics though I do not shy away from weight lifting. I’m very into fashion, retail therapy is my therapy lmao. I love my plants, you’ll see that is very evident upon entering the room, but we need not talk about the dead ones 😳. I don’t smoke, if you do smoke, I don’t mind, but you would have to do it outside because the land lady doesn’t permit smoking indoors. I enjoy going out for walks, but also like clubbing and going sight seeing. If you have a knack for cleanliness, a good sense of humour and a diverse music taste we should get along brilliantly :)
