Hi responsible, clean roommate to share neq townhomme for 1000. Per month all utilities including internet. Shared kitchen, laundry. One full private den. Have some furniture, that could be used. Application is through Nest Property Management so will have to complete a application.

Mature working woman needs a quiet respectful person who cleans up after self as I like my house fairly tidy.

No party people as I dont party. I have had roommates over the years with alot of good experiences so no drama please.
