I am looking for a clean and responsible female roommate to share a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with the 1 bedroom available. Located in Sutherland. Available as soon as February 1st.

-Main bathroom is shared, as well as the laundry (located in the basement). You have full access and usage of the backyard, as well as lots of storage space in the basement (unfinished). One of the bedrooms is used as an office space. There is also one small bathroom in the basement.

-Utilities and internet are included.

-12 month lease but also flexible to other options.

-The house comes fully furnished. A double bed is also available to use in the bedroom if desired. (The bed can also be moved out to accommodate your own).

-You MUST be OK with dogs as I have one dog. He is very friendly and well behaved. No other pets are allowed.

-No smoking, drugs, or parties.

-This is a great location close to the university, grocery stores and all major amenities! It would be great for a student or working professional!

-Close to major bus routes!

I am a full time working professional. I am a quiet, clean and easy going person with a friendly, well behaved dog (medium sized) looking to share my space with another female. Either a student or another working professional is preferred!
