Furnished room with queen bed, walk in closet, own bathroom. Shared living and kitchen area, and separate TV area in unfinished basement. All dishes, linens, washer & dryer, A/C, utilities, internet, cable/Netflix/Prime included. Food costs separate. Fenced yard, some storage, street parking for your vehicle, but can park on garage pad to plug in. Bus route one block away. Quite family neighborhood, parks and shopping close by.

I live alone in my half duplex in SE Edmonton, near Ellerslie and 66 Str. I work full time in an office, have a senior cat, and the home is 420 friendly. Cigarette smoking allowed in the attached garage or back deck. I am easy going, happy, enjoy visits from a friend or two, but generally no parties in home. I would prefer a mature roommate, but am open to anyone so long as we can get along together. Month to month or long term rental are okay.
