About 5 minutes walking from UFV. Walking distance to public transit, gym, stores and restaurants.

Underground parking available (but not included) for $25 extra.

Monthly general cleaning included: vacuum, bathroom, dusting, and general tidying, done by professional cleaners.

Shared laundry, we can set up a laundry day for you.

No access to kitchen or balcony. No smoking, no pet, no overnight guest and no party. Please be clean, reasonably quiet and responsible.

Students, staff and faculty members at UFV preferred.

I live in a 2 bed/bath condo, and I’m the owner. Easy-going and clean. I like watching movies, reading and writing, making craft and planting. Work full-time, and enjoy time at home.

I have 2 female cats, please keep door closed if you want them to stay way. Cats are nocturnal and they occasionally make sound when we sleep. If you are allergic to cats or a very light sleeper, you may want to think about it.
