About the room
The room has its own big closet and nice floor to ceiling windows. You will have your own personal bathroom but it’s not an ensuite. You control the heating and cooling of your own room. The condo is newly built so everything is newer than other condos.
The kitchen and living room is a shared space.
The property is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. We would split the rent evenly and split the internet and hydro. Ask me for more details about those. The patio wraps around the unit and is quite large. The amentities are awesome, there is a rooftop pool, a really big gym, and other things like a movie room and pet cleaning room, etc.
The area located at stratchan and ordnance is close to everything in a walkable distance: ttc, shopping plaza, grocery store, multiple gyms, and surrounded by tons of parks.
About the roomies
