This apartment is in walking distance to many businesses, grocery stores, & restaurants. The living space would include a private bedroom w/ closet, a shared bathroom, kitchen, & living room. Some features of the apt are: in-suite laundry, heated underground parking if needed (included in monthly rent), unlimited wifi & power bills also included in rent. The apartment is pet friendly, but dogs are not preferred since I have a cat. Deposit amount & move in date is negotiable.

I’m a female, age 20, who is working & taking night classes for uni. I have a beautiful cat who tends to be quite skittish around strangers, but warms up to you once she gets to know you . Noise level is to be kept to a minimum since it is an apartment building.
